The Miracle Legends Baseball
Play Ball - It's 2026 Time!

The Miracle Legends Baseball League, located in New Boston is an all inclusive ball team, specifically for any and all with disabilities. This is strictly a fun based game, no competition. We are so excited about opening up this opportunity in western Bowie county. This is our Second Year organizing and already lots of families are asking for registration forms and information!! We are sooooo excited to be continuing this program!

We all had so much fun last year! The kids loved it, the families loved it and it just brought our communities a little closer, cheering on our Miracle Legends Baseball Teams!

A few things we are needing help with are Buddies. Buddies are individuals or groups that will come and help the team bat, throw, catch and run/push in wheelchair if needed. My idea of buddies needed are a wide range. We would love to have high school sport teams around the area. Youth league teams, this would be a great way to teach kids in our area awareness and it’s something they can learn from and carry with them the rest of their lives. We’d also love to include other clubs from the schools, FFA, drama, cheer, band etc. Honestly, any grouping of an organization would help us. Civic organizations are also a great way to contribute to these games - fire-fighters, police departments, teacher groups, etc.! If you have a group that would like to buddy up please reach out! We will do different groups per game.

Games times are 5:30 - 6:15 OR 6:30 -7:30

We are also really needing sponsors so we can cover basic necessities. Gloves, jerseys, tee, balls, bats and trophies. We want to have new uniform jerseys for each child, along with the other needed items - helmets, balls, gloves, bats, etc.

This team is very dear to our hearts. I am a mother of a son with many disabilities. Becki Carpenter also has 2 children with disabilities and is also our local life skills teacher at the elementary school. This is something we both hold very dear to our hearts and can not begin to express how thankful we are for everyone willing to help and to NBYSA for approving and allowing us to have this opportunity. We are so excited to see this in full swing, with big smiles for everyone involved!
